Forever Faithful

God, thank you for this beautiful day, for the body of Christ, for Godly man who proclaim your word boldly like you commanded. God everywhere I am going you are pointing me back to Hebrews 12:1-3.
“Therefore since we are surround by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross scorning its shame and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured opposition from sinful man so you sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart”.
Everything that happens goes back to this verse. I praise God, that I taste those words as sweet and not bitter. It makes me so happy that I see godly men and women, biblically pursuing God. Not the things he gave us, but God himself. They are so in love with God and they desire to make Him known everywhere he place them. There is something beautiful about a brother or a sister that’s passionately in love with God, I can’t explain it, its just so beautiful to watch.
Today I was reminded about the sin of unbelief. When we are called to do things, sometimes our answers start with “what if”. Why? Because we are simply not trusting God. In the book of Exodus in The Bible, Moses a faithful child of God, was hesitant at first to “go assemble the elders of Israel and say to them, ‘The Lord, the god of your fathers – the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – appeared to me and said: I have watched over you and have seen what has been done to you in Egypt. And I have promised to bring you out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites – a land forgiving with milk and honey’. If you keep reading in verse 18, God said “The elders of Israel will listen to you”.
But since Moses didn’t trust God completely, in the beginning of chapter 4 he responded “what if they do not listen to me” (Exodus 4:1). Moses echoes not only my response to God when He calls me to something at times, but others as well. It is sad and pathetic, for if only we obey and step out in faith letting God have His way in everything. If only we step out in faith and call one another to holiness, churches will have one less thing to worry about. If only we obey in faith and practice church discipline. Oh boy oh boy, lives will be changed, our churches will not be as broken. God will work wonders if we will simply just trust and obey. I am thinking, no wonder God place so much emphasis on the sin of unbelief. God doesn’t have to give us signs, but he does because we are a people of unbelief. God ultimately uses our obedience to reveal Himself to others. You’re not special, do everything God is telling you to do. He is in control of things we can’t control. In Hebrews 11 we read how Moses and others were justified “by faith he(Moses) left Egypt, not fearing the King ‘s anger ; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible. By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of blood, so that the destroyer of the first born would not touch the firstborn of Israel” (Hebrew 11:27-28). Moses and other Godly man were justified by faith … “so that they might gain a better resurrection”( Vs.35). For “Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful and worship God in reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire”! (Hebrews 12:28-29).
When we become a child of God, there is a calling to “go make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20). We have no excuses for not making disciples. We are been rebellious by asking God to send other people, and not ourselves. This ultimately hinders your progression with God, if you are not walking in obedient. We cannot take God’s grace for granted, for He is not obligate under any circumstances to be gracious to any of us. But He is gracious regardless of our sins, He was obedient to the point of the cross, “one act of righteousness was the justification that brings life to all men…through the obedience of one man, many will be made righteous” (Romans 5:18-19).
I pray that all will taste these words as sweet and not bitter, I pray that you will let Christ have His way in your heart. I pray that you will lay your life down as a living sacrifice for the Son of Man. Lord, I pray that all will set their hearts on the things above, that all will live by the Holy Spirit. God, I pray that all measure there lives to you, and not other people. God I pray that we will all compare our lives, motives, and everything to your son Jesus, for He is the only perfect example we have. I pray that all will desire to preach the gospel where Christ is not known (Romans 15:20).
If you forget everything I say, or simply dismiss everything you read, please remember this: “that Christ died for our sins according to The Bible, that we was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to The Bible” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
My heart not only aches, but I weep for the lost and unreached. God is graciously breaking me for what breaks Him, and I utterly praise Him for that. I don’t want anyone to live life without knowing Jesus. No one can afford hell, no one! We cannot afford heaven either, but Christ was the price of that on the cross, He laid His life as a sin offering for us all, in order that we might have life. How beautiful is that?
You have two options before you today, Heaven or Hell. Are you good enough to go to heaven? This is not a rhetorical question, it is to stir your thought process. Following Jesus is not a joke, if you’re going to choose to follow Jesus, do it earnestly and biblically. Go to God for the answer. For any believers please I urge you “work out your salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12). Do not settle for where you are spiritually, desire to have more and more Jesus. You are been sanctified daily.
Remember to: Love God and all people (Matthew 22:36-40). Study the Bible daily (1 Peter 2:2), (John 2:2). Pray to God Constantly (Philippians 4:6-7). Meet regularly with other Christians (Hebrews 10:35). Tell others the good news about Jesus (Mark 16:15).
If you are not a believer, I urge you to become one. Not out of fear, because you don’t have to be a believer, to not want to go to hell, no body wants to burn in hell for eternity, no one!
Please confess your sins against a perfect and holy God. Believe that Jesus Christ the only son of God dies for all sins. That Jesus was the price of your sins, and that he was raised from the dead. Put your faith in Jesus Christ to forgive and save you from all sins. Confess that Jesus is Lord! And thank Him for the gift of eternal life.
I am praying for you, because I desire that you know God more than anything else in life. Also, I want you to be sure of where you are going when you die. Salvation is not the end, its only the beginning. Get ready for love story like none other. One that involves King Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endure every pain and the worst humiliation of any mankind in history. The road will not always be smooth, but the reward is eternal life sitting at the right hand of a perfect God.
I am chasing Jesus, and I pray that you will join me, for a life without Jesus is meaningless. Heaven is going to look so beautiful and I cannot wait to see you there.

Falling Madly in Love With God

“Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us to into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one”(Mathew 6:9-13).

God I am utterly in awe of your great name. Father, I am so grateful that you are God. So grateful that you are all powerful and supreme and all knowing.

Today, God reminded again why one should never judge a book by its cover. I am literally referring to a novel. I should have read this book months ago, but now I am certain that God wanted me to get over some hurdles before I could fully appreciate the full extent  of the vision behind the novel . Now I am reading it, and I cannot even put it down.

God you are so beautiful, your face is all I seek. I am so bless to have you in my life. You really are bringing out the best in me. I am so crazy about you, and I Just want to share you with everyone.  I live to see your name highly exalted in all of creation.

God, you are the prince I want to covet for life. You are so it, and I keep saying that, but now it just feels so different, I am even more in love with you. Lover of my soul, please keep dancing with me. Romance me, Lover of my soul to the song of all songs. God I am standing before you, at awe of your great power. God keep drawing me to you and keep setting my heart on fire. I want to know you deeper Father. God I want to see your glory like Moses did, show me your glory. I am marked by your beauty, lost in your eyes. I long to walk in your presence like Jesus did, your glory surround me, and I am overwhelmed. I am not afraid, Show me your glory my God. I long to look on the face of the one that I love, long to stay in your presence, for it is where I belong.

God I see the cloud and I stepped in, I am not afraid. Keep showing me more of you, for I long to know you more.

God, I stand before you in awe by your majesty. Covered by your mercy, your blood has made me free. Draw me to you and set my heart on fire. Show my one design, I give you my worship all my devotion.  Your hands have carry me since I was born. My heart is held with a love so unconditional, so God I give you my worship all my devotion.  Oh how I love you. God I want to know you more, let your spirit overwhelm me, let your presence overtake my heart. From the depths of my heart, I am singing out: I am in love with Jesus.

Glory to God in the highest from down here below. God your name is the best thing in my world. I am in love with you. The sound of your name is music to my hears, this canyon is for echoing my voice.

God I am throwing off everything that is in my way, for you are bigger than it all. I am so your God and you are so mines. There is too much at stake Lord, I just want to keep falling for you.

God, I am waiting  for you. Your faithfulness is true, and  it is you Lord I adore.

Yes, Lord walking in the ways of your laws I wait for you, for your name and renown are the desires of my heart (Isaiah 26:8).
